      糖皮质激素的不规范使用致使激素性股骨头坏死(SANFH)的发病率呈上升趋势,已成为一个严重的公共卫生问题而备受关注。近年来,国内外学者基于三大组学(蛋白组学、基因组学、代谢组学)探究SANFH中医“证”的分子学机制,已取得初步成果,但研究尚不够系统和完善。笔者查阅最近几年相关文献,将SANFH中医“证”的三大组学研究现状进行综述,指出研究中存在的问题,并展望未来中医药治疗SANFH的前景,以期更好地指导科研与临床。

      Due to the irregular use of glucocorticoid in clinical treatment, the incidence of steroid-induced avascular necrosis of the femoral head ( SANFH) is gradually increasing, which has become a serious social problem attracted much attention. In recent years,national and international scholars explore the molecular mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndromes in SANFH by using technologies of genomics,proteomics and metabonomics,and have achieved initial progress. However,the related research is not systematic and perfect enough. This paper summarizes the research status of genomics,proteomics and metabonomics in TCM syndromes of SANFH, points out the existing problems in the research and looks into future prospects of treating SANFH using TCM , in order to provide better guidance for future scientific research and clinical work.
