          【摘要】目的 观察肛周脓肿术后创面应用烧伤创疡再生医疗技术联合超声清创治疗的临床疗效。方法 对2016年3月至2018年12月中铁十二局集团有限公司中心医院创面修复科收治的63例肛周脓肿患者行手术治疗后采用烧伤创疡再生医疗技术联合超声清创治疗术后创面,观察创面愈合时间及疼痛、感染与瘢痕形成情况。结果 经烧伤创疡再生医疗技术联合超声清创治疗5 d后,63例患者中无痛52例、轻微疼痛9例、重度疼痛2例;治疗过程中,所有患者创面均未发生感染;最终除1例患者创面未愈出院外,其余62例患者创面均完全愈合,创面愈合时间为16~34 d,平均24 d,痊愈率为98.41%;出院后随访3~30个月,所有患者愈后皮肤及黏膜均无明显瘢痕增生。结论 烧伤创疡再生医疗技术联合超声清创治疗肛周脓肿术后创面,可有效缓解创面疼痛,抑制创面感染,促进创面无瘢痕愈合,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

          【Abstract】Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of regenerative medical technology for burns, wounds and ulcers combined with ultrasonic debridement in the treatment of wounds after perianal abscess therapy. Methods Sixty-three patients with perianal abscess, admitted to Wound Repair Department, China Railway 12th Bureau Central Hospital from March 2016 to December 2018, were treated with regenerative medical technology for burns, wounds and ulcers combined with ultrasonic debridement. The wound healing time, degree of pain, infection and scar formation were observed. Results After 5 days of treatment with regenerative medical technology for burns, wounds and ulcers combined with ultrasonic debridement, 52 of the 63 patients suffered no pain, 9 had mild pain, and 2 had severe pain. During the treatment, no infection on the wounds of any patient was found. Only one patient was discharged from hospital with unhealed wounds. All wounds on the remaining 62 patients healed completely. The wound healing time was 16 to 34 days, with an average of 24 days, and the cure rate was 98.41%. During follow-up visit from the third to 30th month, no obvious scar hyperplasia was observed on the skin or mucosa of any patient. Conclusion Regenerative medical technology for burns, wounds and ulcers combined with ultrasonic debridement in the treatment of wounds after perianal abscess can alleviate wound pain, prevent wound infection, and promote scarless wound healing. Due to its remarkable curative effect, it deserves to be promoted in clinical practice.
