The paper analyzes the characteristics of graduates' information needs in the network environment, discusses the obstacle factors which influence the achievement of graduates' information needs, puts forward countermeasures of providing characteristic information services, including digging information needs, strengthening the information related education of graduates, optimizing the allocation of collection resources, embedding in scientific research, creating a high level professional personnel team, etc.
