摘要:
环状RNA(circular RNA,circRNA)是一种共价闭合环状结构的非编码RNA,广泛存在于生物体中,具有结构稳定、高度保守性及特异性表达的特性。研究表明,circRNA可作为竞争性内源RNA(competing endogenous RNAs,ceRNA),调控基因表达或结合RNA相关蛋白发挥生物学功能。circRNA在肿瘤的发生发展中扮演了重要角色,有望成为肿瘤诊断的生物标志物及治疗靶点。本文结合国内外的最新研究,对circRNA在肿瘤中的研究进展作一综述。
Abstract:
Circular RNA(circRNA) as a covalently closed circular non-coding RNA,exists in a variety of biological cells,characterized by the stable structure,conserved sequence and tissue-specificity.Studies show that circRNAs function is as ceRNAs.circRNAs are involved in the regulation of gene expression and binding with RNA-binding proteins.circRNAs play an important role in tumor development and progression and serve as potential bio-markers.In this review,we summarize the latest progress,both in domestic and foreign studies,on the progression of circRNAs in tumors.
