中文摘要: 目的 初步了解北京市高年级小学生对健康教育课程的需求。方法 对北京市某公立小学四至六年级小学生进行健康状况及影响健康行为、健康知识掌握及获取途径情况，未来希望获取健康知识的途径及内容、健康教育课程主要授课方式的现场问卷调查。结果 一年内85.45%的小学生出现过身体不适，一年内91.42%的小学生发生过影响健康的行为。小学生健康知识测试得分为（56.13±15.68）分，不同性别不同年级同学间差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论 该小学健康教育课程需求明显，未来应在北京市范围内开展小学生健康教育课程需求研究的抽样调查，了解小学生对健康教育课程的需求，探索小学生健康教育课程的内容体系及教学方法。
Abstract:Objective To preliminary obtain the needs of high grade pupils for health education curriculum in Beijing. Methods To study health condition and the health-related behaviors, health knowledge in the past, the type to acquire health knowledge in the future, the approach to teaching health education curriculum, questionnaires are conducted on grade 4-6 primary school students from a public primary school in Beijing. Results 85.45% of the pupils were unwell in the last year. 91.42% of the pupils had unhealthy behaviors in the last year.The average score of health knowledge on pupils was(56.73±17.23)，the differences of sex or grades were not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusions The needs on health education curriculum were urgent in the primary school. In the future, we should carry out a sample survey on the needs of primary school students' health education curriculum in Beijing, understand the needs of primary school students' health education curriculum, and explore the content system and teaching methods of primary school students' health education curriculum.
